The service

Approach provides data, analysis, project and AI tools. Features, limits and prices may vary by product and subscription and are shown before purchase or activation.

Consultancy, commissioned product development and controlled pilots require separate written agreements. An enquiry or invitation does not itself establish a paid agreement. Scope, price, data use and handover are agreed before work starts.

ProsjektKlar is a decision-support and documentation tool. Guidance, maps, rule assessments and AI responses do not replace municipal decisions or qualified professional review where required.

Account and acceptable use

• Provide correct account details and protect your sign-in information.
• Only upload and process information you have the right to use.
• Do not use the service for unlawful activity, evading usage controls, automated abuse, security attacks or infringement.
• We may restrict access in cases of abuse, security risk or material breach.

Data, sources and AI

Public and external sources may be incomplete, delayed or changed since their last update. Consider the displayed source, date and verification status.

AI-generated content can be wrong. Verify it before using it for decisions, applications, publication or other consequential action.

You retain rights to your content and grant Approach the limited rights needed to store, process, back up and display it as part of the service.

Payment, changes and termination

Paid subscriptions follow the price and period shown at checkout. Trials, renewal and cancellation are shown in the order and account flows.

You can close your account in account settings. Material changes to these terms will be communicated in an appropriate way before taking effect.

Responsibility and contact

We work to keep the service stable and correct but cannot guarantee that external sources, integrations or generated results are always available or error-free. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
