Information we use

• Account details such as name, email, sign-in method and verification status.
• Contact details and needs you provide when enquiring about consultancy, product engagements, collaboration or pilots, used to handle and follow up the enquiry.
• Projects, documents, models, searches and other information you choose to save.
• Technical events required for operation, security, usage controls and error handling.
• Subscription and payment status. Card details are handled by the payment provider.
• Optional analytics and marketing when you have consented through cookie choices.

How it is used

We use the information to create and secure your account, deliver requested features, save work, meter usage, handle payment and support, and prevent errors or abuse.

When you choose an AI feature, the relevant instruction and necessary project excerpts may be sent through our servers to the selected model provider. Do not enter sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the task.

Storage and sharing

We use technical providers for hosting, email, payments, error reporting and AI. They receive only what is necessary to provide the service. We do not sell personal information.

Account and project data is kept while the account is active or as needed for the agreement, security, accounting or legal requirements.

Your choices and rights

• Download a machine-readable copy of account data from Account → Privacy.
• Correct profile information or contact us to request access, correction, restriction or deletion.
• Withdraw optional consent through cookie choices.
• Complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority if you believe your information is handled unlawfully.
