What this does not say
Quoted verbatim from the section’s warnings field, exactly as the API returns it. They are not translated: a translation would show something other than what your response actually contains.
- Estimate from area fire statistics, not a probability that this building will burn and not an insurance price; fitted on fire-service callouts per area, applied to the building's features (ecological inference).
- relative_risk is the modelled building-fire callout rate (DSB BRIS type 10026, Brann i bygning) for an area made of buildings like this one, divided by the national rate; risk_band is its quintile over Norway's buildings (1 lowest, 5 highest). area_expected_fires_per_1000_buildings_per_year is the model's rate for the address's postnummer. A building feature beyond the most extreme area in the training data is held at that area (clipped_features).
- Computed with the accepted fit named by artifact_sha256; validation carries the trainer's held-out figures (deviance against the national rate, calibration, rank correlation). An address without a row is not_found with reason not_yet_computed: unknown, not low risk.
- Straight-line EPSG:25833 distances from the address point to the feature; not travel distance. Source features are imported as published, with their own accuracy and update cadence; updated_at is our import time.
Fields
3 of 31 fields are value fields — the ones that decide whether a record actually says anything. The rest are context: identifiers, codes and timestamps.

Why it cannot be tried here
This section is not part of the public demo projection. That is a licensing and privacy decision, not a sign the data is missing: it is served to customers granted the section.
