Zero area, room, bathroom and WC counts in the legacy dwelling cache are ambiguous and returned as null, not verified measurements. A genuine zero cannot be distinguished until source provenance is restored. Completeness measures area, rooms, bathrooms and WC; type and floor codes are context.
